Welcome.
My name is Michelle Mootz, and I want to take a few moments to explain why I created Stability Intelligence™.
For most of my career, I watched organizations invest millions of dollars into leadership training, technology, process improvement, and artificial intelligence. Yet the same problems kept showing up. Projects stalled. Teams struggled to execute. Decisions slowed down. Leaders became overwhelmed, and organizations depended on a handful of people to keep everything together.
The more I observed, the more I realized something important.
The problem wasn't a lack of intelligence.
It was a lack of stability.
Over the years, I studied leadership systems, Lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, FranklinCovey, organizational behavior, and execution frameworks. Every discipline offered valuable tools, but they all assumed something that wasn't always true—that the organization itself was stable enough to benefit from those tools.
Many weren't.
Then life reinforced that lesson in a deeply personal way.
One of my grandsons was diagnosed with epilepsy. Watching his journey taught me something I had never fully appreciated. Before growth, before learning, before performance, stability has to come first. Once the right treatment brought stability, everything else became possible.
