Welcome. I’m Michelle Mootz, the founder of Stability Intelligence™.
I created this discipline after years of watching organizations invest in leadership training, technology, process improvement, and artificial intelligence—yet continue to experience the same problems. Projects stalled. Decisions slowed down. Teams struggled to execute. Leaders became overwhelmed, and organizations depended on a few people to keep everything together.
The more I observed, the more I realized something important: the problem was often not a lack of intelligence. It was a lack of stability.
Over the years, I studied leadership systems, Lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, organizational behavior, and execution frameworks. These disciplines offered valuable tools, but many assumed the organization was already stable enough to use them effectively.
Many organizations are not.
That lesson became personal when one of my grandsons was diagnosed with epilepsy. Watching his journey taught me that before growth, learning, or performance, stability has to come first. Once the right treatment brought stability, everything else became possible.
That experience changed how I looked at organizations.
Organizations are no different. When stability is missing, communication breaks down, decision-making slows, accountability becomes inconsistent, and leaders compensate for weak systems instead of strengthening them. Teams begin relying on heroics rather than infrastructure. Eventually, instability becomes normal.
Stability Intelligence™ is a discipline for identifying instability before it becomes failure.
It gives leaders a practical way to detect friction, measure stability, investigate execution risk, and build organizations that can perform consistently under pressure.
